Early morning workouts are apparently the best if you want to establish a routine, and what better feeling than starting a working day knowing that you’ve already done something for your health and fitness? If you’re not a morning person don’t worry though: as long as you find an exact time of the day to exercise and stick to it you’ll be able to establish a routine. Not committing to working out is what will stop you from hitting the gym/going for a run.
